Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Information

  • Free shipping PAN India on all prepaid orders.
  • Each piece is handcrafted and dispatched within 3–5 business days(excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details to follow your order in real time.

Exchanges

Every Airo piece goes through a detailed quality check before it leaves our studio.
We accept exchanges only if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. To request an exchange:

  • Email us at contact@airojewelry.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and the issue.
  • Once approved by our team, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Please Note! Custom pieces, sale items, and purchases made using gift cards or credit notes are not eligible for exchange.

When Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product was purchased during a sale or promotion.
  • The delivery address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
  • The package was refused by the recipient or delivery failed after multiple attempts.
  • The product is used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • There are minor variations in colour, shape, or texture, as each Airo piece is handcrafted and every pearl is naturally unique.

Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return your order, we offer store credit only, issued as a unique coupon code that can be redeemed on our website.

How to request a return:

  • Email us at contact@airojewelry.com within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Mention your order number and attach clear photos of the product
  • Our team will review your request and email you with return shipping instructions.
  • Once the return is approved and the product is received, store credit will be issued.

Repairs

Pearls are naturally delicate, but we want you to enjoy them without worry.

If your Airo jewelry ever needs repair or restringing, our skilled artisans will restore it with care and precision, complimentary, always.

To request a repair, please email us at contact@airojewelry.com with your order details and photos of the piece.

Repairs are available only for jewelry purchased directly from Airo.

All repairs are handled in-house to ensure your jewelry returns to you as beautiful as the day you received it.
